Revision Policy – Digital products:

The allotted number of revisions is based on your selected package and you can demand as much revisions as stated in your package details. We focus on providing the best services to our customers and will continue revising until your needs are met. You are not liable to pay additional price if the design concepts are not changed. You will have your revised logo design in 48 hours. While all website design revisions will be delivered in 24 hours and all web development revisions will be delivered between 24 to 48 hours (depending on the revision complexity). Illustrative logos (logos with illustration element or illustrated design) will be have a revision turnaround time of 48 hours.

Eligibility for Refund - Rules & Regulations:

The Refund Policy is applicable to all the services that we offer. Any client is eligible to claim the refund under the following conditions:

We assure to measure following matrices while chat with your clients.

• If the client has chosen a standard package without any discounted offer.
• The client is eligible for refund in case the product and revisions are unsatisfactory as per demand, except he/she never acknowledged or approved any of the revisions of the product he received.
• If, the client has requested for cancellation within 24hrs of the placement of an Order.
• Client is eligible for refund if the company fails to fulfill any of the clause mentioned in the contract*, as per the contract agreement with the client, specifically on App projects.
• Partial refund would be considered, in case, when multiple services were ordered and client requested to cancel any particular service on later stage.
• Customer can request for cancellation of order and refund, after exceeding the Turn Around Time for providing the first cut of the product as per the agreed timeline.*
• Refund would be applicable to only those orders, which are placed with standard delivery timeline.*
• Any product where any kind of unprincipled practice found like unauthorized use of images, piracy or plagiarism.

*Note: Timeline given to client can be vary from project to project as the delivery is righteously based on the revisions demanded by the client.

No-Refund - Rules & Regulations:

Before claiming for refund, customer has to make sure that his request does not falls under the mentioned conditions. There would be no Refund claim accepted under the following circumstances:

• Any discounted package will not be entertained for refund claim.
• The primary design, mockup provided by the company has been approved or adored once.
• Refunds will not be entertained once client has shared positive feedback on revisions and order is sent for delivery.
• Any reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with the partner’ or any other justifications that does not pertain to the service, will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
• Refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the order and project is sent for development.
• Any Urgent services are subject to non-refundable.
• If the cancellation has been made under any other circumstances which are irrelevant to the company.
• The client is unresponsive or out of contact for more than 2 weeks of Order placement.
• Any of the Company policies have been violated.
• Any other company or designer has been approached for the same project.
• The provided creative brief is lacking the required information or insufficient.
• A complete service/work change has been demanded.
• The claim has crossed the given time span ‘Request for Refund’.
• The business is closing down or changing the business name or business.
• If a client order a bundle of services and later on get dissatisfied with a particular service; in that case, refund will only be applicable on that particular service, and ‘not’ the entire bundle of services.
• No refund can be claimed/accepted once the service(s) has been delivered.
• Refund and Revision explicitly does not apply on product/services offered for free.
• Services including but not limited to Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration and Web Hosting are not entitled to refund under any circumstances.
• Refund will not be applicable on the work outsourced by third party.

Disclaimer:

• Company reserves all rights to hold or reject any project or cancel the contract whenever it deems necessary.
• After the refund, customer is strictly not allowed to use the product/service for any purpose, as the delivered product/services must be considered as the sole property of the company.
• The company reserves all the rights to claim the ownership in case of any unauthorized use of delivered product/services found anywhere.
